- Orders within Kampala are processed and delivered within 1 business day.
- For deliveries outside Kampala, please allow an additional business day for transit.
- If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you promptly via telephone.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below:
- We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact us via telephone or email us at sales@sundaygeneralhardware.com before visiting our store
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, after this period, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, order confirmation, or order details, along with the payment method used for the original transaction.
